Indian Football Association introduced Indian Super League in 2013 to boost the game in India and to nurture the talent of Indian youth.
The Added Advantage of Such an event is the prize money involved in the event and the things which the Indian players can learn from the experience of Football greats participating in the event from all around the world. Actually it was a pleasure for the Indian players to share the dug out or the Dressing room with such greats of the game like Alessandro Del Piero, Robert Pires, David James, Luis Garcia, Andre Santos and other such greats of the game and they have done a tremendous job in helping the Indian Football to do well at the world scale. And even just by interacting with them the Indian local players can learn a lot of things like how to cope with pressure situations and how to play smartly.
Also money adds as a motivation for players to do well and is a important factor in the game to promote the game. The Indian Super League of Football was introduced in line with the English Premier league and has improved by leaps and bounds.
By reaching the 100th Ranking in the World football, Indian National Football team has shown that this league phase is helping them and soon they can find themselves in Top 10 as well but these dreams cannot be achieved overnight and a lot of effort and hardwork is required to achieve that.
